Training for those who prepare, pack, document and offer dangerous goods for transport by sea, is a mandatory requirement of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code.
This e-learning course is aimed at those preparing and offering dangerous goods for transport via sea and will provide you with a general overview of the IMDG Code, updated to the latest Amendment, 39-18, which is mandatory from January 2020.
In addition the training covers the main multimodal implications of ADR (European Road Regulations) and 49 CFR (USA HazMat Regulations) that shippers need to be aware of.
From within the course you can download a pdf copy of our Guide to the IMDG Code and full analysis of the changes in the IMDG Code Amendment 39-18 to reference back to once you have completed the course.
No prior experience is necessary.
Upon passing the test at the end of the course, a personalised certificate is provided.
