About the Course

In this course I outline some common pitfalls people use on the phone (and how to avoid them). I've packed the course full of useful tips and downloads that you can actually use in your business to help you feel happy talking to people on the phone.
I will also show you in this course how selling on the phone is as simple as asking someone if they fancy a cuppa...really.
I want you all to find your inner confidence, and to really FEEL amazing when you speak to people. I mean that. I've spent so long helping people, that I know what normally holds someone back, and I know how to help them break through that. Now you can access all that information in this course.
I don't use jargon, I simply use my experience to help you realise where your potential and skills are, and help you take those forward.
Everyone has charisma and the ability to do be great on the phone, they just don't know it! This course will help you delve into that, feel it, and use it!

Can you tell me more about you?
I studied Psychology at university, and carried our peer mentoring and counselling at school as part of the UK's first initiative within schools. So you can see, I've always been involved in helping people feel better on some level.
I have worked as a receptionist for companies in the Thames Valley as well as for smaller, family run businesses in various locations so I know how to help you talk to them.
Since that work, I’ve spent my entire career as a Telemarketer, speaking to people from all walks of life with varied roles. Having spent all of my working life on the phone, dealing with incoming enquiries as well as making outbound sales calls, I understand the approaches and techniques to help you feel secure, confident, successful and happy on the phone having taken myself through this challenge over the years.
Outside of my work for Ringhello I work as a life coach and mentor capacity with people helping them deal with life challenges, and manage and change their energies and attitudes towards situations with a range of different approaches and tools, including working with flower remedies to help people with confidence! I'm also a Hypnobirthing coach too.
