Deprogram Anxiety is therapist supported through email contact, with the option to add one or more online consultations. A consultation is 60 minutes of one-to-one contact using the encrypted telehealth video platform Zoom, similar to Facebook and Skype but fully secure and stable. 

Originally, De-Program Anxiety included one online consultation which was reflected in the cost of the course. To offer more choice - and to reduce the initial outlay for the programme - the online consultation is now an optional Add-On.

Self-Directed Project - Mild-Moderate Anxiety

Deprogram Anxiety may be available soon as "Self-Directed" - current research pilot ongoing to evaluate its effectiveness as a self-directed intervention for those with mild - moderate anxiety

Where anxiety scores (using the Beck anxiety measure) are high moderate and severe, working self-directed is not an option. I guarantee from all the years experience I have, trying to work without some professional support is setting yourself up to fail. It's simply too difficult.
